Filling countries or states and add symbols

Change country:
You choose a new country.
Existing data are in lists

Filling:
No value: All countries are of same choosed color. You can add symbols
Numericals values: Countries are filled with different colors, opacities or pattern.
Data give value.
Other values: Countries are filled function of values given at each color or pattern.

Data:
Data to use: You choose a data in list.
If you choose a data as ratio, values of first data are divised by this data

Colors:
You can choose a color or with "User color" pick a color, paste and copy value in hexadecimal,
 #CC2132 by example.
If you choose only one color, countries will be filled with differents opacities.
Color by default is "Lime".

Patterns:
20 patterns can be used. This patterns are black and white.
With opacities, you get gray.

Opacities:
Opacity is between 0 ( no filling ) and 1.
If you don't enter opacities, function of number of quantiles, values are given.

Quantiles:
For numerical values you enter values to separate data. Values are growing and separate by ;
For a value between 0 and 1, you can enter 0;0.05;0.15;0.25;1 that give 4 different values for countries.
You can also only enter number of quantiles. Values will be calculated.( linear )

For no numerical values, you give possibles values. You have to enter this values.

Add symbols on map:
Statistics symbols: pies, histograms, bars
Other symbols : house, disc ..... value of data give dimension of symbol.

Data:
You choose 1 to 4 values. ( some symbols need only a data )
You can also choose a data as ratio, values are divised by this data.
By example, if you choose 3 datas and a reference data, pie will have 4 zones and histogram 3 bars only.

Colors:
You can choose a color or with "User color" pick a color, copy and paste value in hexadecimal,
  #CC2132 by example.
Color by default is "Red".
Number of colors depend of symbol, one for a disc, 3 for our example of histogramm.

Opacities:

You choose a value for symbols. By default, value is 0.5.

Dimensions:
For pies, you enter radius. For disc, minima and maxima for radius.
For histograms, width and height. For symbols, minima and maxima for dilatation.
Numbers are separate by ;

Tools:
Color open window where you can pick a color by red, green and blue values.
You move cursors, see color and hexadecimal value.
You choose also opacity and see result.
You can copy and paste value of color

Print and use the map
With right button, you can choose "Print", "Copy" or "Save As" to print or use SVG drawing.
With "Paste special", you can use drawing in text processor.
